The polisher is used with interchangeable sleeves fastened to the polishing wheel. The disc performs a rotationally eccentric movement that mimics the movement of the hand, which accelerates the incorporation of the polishing material into the polished surface and removes visible contours of the disc on the polished surface. To apply the polishing material to the polished surface, the application sleeve is used and a polishing sleeve is used to polish the final gloss.
