Croosfit bearing skipping rope allows you to perform exercises, jumping with high intensity (speed). It is used in cross-fit classes, for training both professional and amateur athletes. Many different fitness exercises can be performed with the help of a bearing skipping rope, the most common being jumping rope.
This simple but maximally effective exercise strengthens the leg muscles and at the same time develops and strengthens the activity of internal organs, circulatory, respiratory and thermoregulatory systems. It forces the exerciser to have a regular breathing rhythm and significantly contributes to the improvement of joint mobility. The rope is attached to a bearing located inside the handle and ensures perfectly smooth movement during jumps.
Thanks to the bearings, it does not happen that the skipping rope becomes tangled during exercise.
