The Deramax-Aves device is intended for use as a bird scarer. It generates specific subultrasound signals, which are very unpleasant for birds, so after a short time they leave the protected area and look for a new refuge outside the area protected by the scarecrow. In our conditions, the device can be used primarily as a scarecrow for pigeons, starlings, sparrows, blackbirds, ravens, crows, dates, spotted woodpeckers, etc. The operation of the device is completely ecological, without the use of chemicals.

Pulse operation of the battery scarecrow:
One of the main advantages of the Deramax-Aves battery scarecrow is the optimized pulse operation which allows you to generate ultrasonic signals with a very high sound pressure level, with minimal energy consumption. Optimized pulse operation of the scarecrow and thus also pulse consumption of energy from the battery means several times higher efficiency of the use of the battery capacity compared to common types of battery scarecrows. And that means several times longer battery life.

Resonant amplification of the ultrasonic signal:
The Deramax-Aves scarecrow uses resonant signal amplification, which is important for achieving the highest possible performance with the lowest possible power consumption. We perform the calibration of the frequencies generated by the electronic circuits of the scarecrow with the resonant frequencies of the used piezoelectric transducers (ultrasonic "emitters") within each production series.

Deramax-Aves scarecrow power supply:
Deramax-Aves is a battery-powered scarecrow using a standard 9 V battery. The 9 V lithium battery will keep the device running for 12 months. The 9 V alkaline battery keeps the scarecrow running for 6 months.

pigeons, starlings, sparrows, blackbirds, ravens, crows, woodpeckers, spotted woodpeckers, etc.

Scarf resistance:
Indoor and outdoor use. The scarecrow is resistant to water, snow, humidity, dust, high temperature and frost (- 25 degrees C to + 80 degrees C).

Deramax-Aves scarecrow safety:
The scarecrow generates a signal in the sub-ultrasound area (high frequency noise area). In terms of human impact, the Deramax-Aves scarecrow does not disturb its surroundings with unpleasant noise and meets the legal limits set for the maximum level of high-frequency noise and ultrasound. Effect on domestic and livestock animals: This scarer has a negative effect on domestic cats and dogs within its effective range. However, it is not necessary to address any special measures taken by the pets. It is quite sufficient if the pet has the opportunity to leave freely from the area protected by the device. So the scarecrow won't hurt your pet, it will just avoid this area. However, always make sure that the pet has the opportunity to leave the protected area, and this type of scarecrow must never be used against an animal locked in a pen, etc.

Operating comfort:
The device does not need to be set in any way, it works completely automatically. Just install the battery and turn on the built-in switch.

Scarecrow location:
A common solution for placing a scarecrow and usually also the most practical solution, especially in the case of indoor use, is to place it on the ground in one of the corners of the protected area with the front facing the center of the protected area. However, it is also possible to fasten the scarecrow with screws or double-sided self-adhesive tape on the fence, wall, post, window, door, etc., which is most suitable for outdoor use. Deramax-Aves range of effectiveness:
The highest effective distance in front of the scarecrow is up to 14 meters. The range of effective area in square meters is up to 120 m2. The effective angle of view is 90 degrees. The scarecrow therefore has a high performance and the special design of the device ensures a wide effective angle of view of 90 degrees, while even at the boundary of the declared angle (ie outside the main signal radiation direction) the scarecrow still generates at least 83% of the declared sound pressure level. Of course, the ultrasonic signal propagates beyond the stated angle of view of 90 degrees, but the efficiency is already lower here and therefore, in terms of objectivity, we state an effective angle of view of "only" 90 degrees.

Number of scarecrows in one space:
Any number of ultrasonic scarecrows can be placed in one place and their signals are not adversely affected. On the contrary, more scarecrows are commonly used to protect especially larger or more fragmented areas, because a larger number of scarers (repellers) installed in one place means significantly higher penetration of the protected area by ultrasonic signal and increases overall efficiency.
